Play, learn and pick

The girls have spent so many hours playing outside this week and been having a great time. It's especially fun to watch Hannah and Ruth playing together (while Rachel reads her "special" book).
It was so nice to get the grass cut in less than hour today. Dad decided he would show Rachel how to ride it back to it's parking spot.
Brendon and I also went apple picking again today. We picked 250 apples. I sorted through them (and only found 6 that have worms in) and we put them in a bag in the outside room with the potatoes. We had both bags full of potatoes but have given a number of potatoes away as we don't know how well they will keep. We are hoping the apples with last the next few months in here. We use 3 or 4 every day with our juice - so we go through apples quite quickly now.

Our winter stores....
