HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
We did not have any special plans for today. Brendon worked this morning but was home before 10. We saw the New Year in with a massive amount of wind. I kept wondering if I would hear branches breaking and falling onto the house. We were all very thankful when Dad got home safely. It was also lovely to feel like it was a Saturday and know that it was only Thursday.
We got a bit of gardening done, but having an extra late night last night did take it's toll. Brendon could not sleep late as he had to be at work at 6. So Brendon got to enjoy a nice afternoon nap which he really needed. The garden can wait....
