Garlic Ring

Dough
400ml lukewarm water
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp garlic salt
1 large egg
600g flour (3 3/4 cups)
2 tsp instant yeast

Make the dough using your pizza dough setting on your bread maker and then divide the dough into 24 balls.

Garlic Dip Sauce
180g (3/4 cup) butter
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped) (if you have it - I did not and it is still great)
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Preheat the oven at 190C.
Melt butter and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well to make a dip sauce.
Dip each ball into the sauce and pack tightly into a 23cm spring form pan.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Allow to rise for 30min.
Bake for 35 min (until golden brown).

That is amazing!!!! It looks so professional - I really would not have known how to do that but might give it a try!
