Successful food day

On Sunday we started a big batch of biltong and I think
it's our best batch yet. Yummmmmyyyyyyy.

Our first proper picking today.

Ruth helped me with a quiche this afternoon.

And dinner was yuuummmmmyyyyy too.

I was so pleased to get our time line up today. It's from just before 1400 through till 2020. 1cm for 1 year. So yes, it's long. Over 6m. We are very thankful for our lovely big upstairs room. With the roof meeting the side walls at this low height it also makes it really easy to take pages down to add things on. I think Rachel and I are going to have fun.
