Last week when I was in town with Ruth we stopped to get her new
meds and I bought some
spirulina powder. So now our juice is VERY GREEN.

But before you say "poor children" you must know that since adding the
spirulina the girls enjoy the drink even more. I used to give Hannah half a glass which she very much enjoyed. Well now she enjoys it so much I have to give her a full glass. If I don't she will ask for some of mine.
And that expression on her face is "why are you holding the glass away from my mouth, I want to drink more".
