Ruth enjoys playing on her "recorder" while Rachel practices.
We have started attending the Squash Club's Monday nights. It has been great for Brendon and I to get to play others. There is also such a good player there that he was able to give me a training session. I really had a hard workout. Brendon did too though with the games he played. He was stiff for 3 days - so I have obviously not been giving him enough of a work out.
