Rachel "My mind says jump in but my legs don't want to"

Dad "Do you want me to push you in?"

Rachel "Yes, on 3"

So on three Dad gave a gentle push to help her mind overpower her legs :-)

It was only the shallow end, so she did not even get her head wet.

Here is Ruth and Dad under the water. The also counted to 3 and the little girl that was playing with them went down too (on the right). Rachel is not brave enough yet to join them. She says "next time". So we will see.

All that swimming made Dad exhausted. Rachel thought this was so funny, she came running through to me saying "Dad's fallen asleep". A well deserved nap.
