Happy Birthday!!

I was thinking about what to make that could be gluten free for us all to enjoy when I thought of pavlova. So this was my first attempt. Ruth and Rachel sang "Happy Birthday" to me so many times through the day. When Ruth saw the cake she asked about candles. So out came ALL the candles and we created quite a bit of heat with them all (it took a lot of effort to light them all too).

They bring me so much joy. I thank the Lord for Brendon and my girls and feel so very blessed.
Brendon gave me a lovely foot treatment once the girls were in bed. So I felt surrounded with love.
