Tourists for the Day

We got to be "tourists" for the day on Saturday. We thought it would be lovely to at least once get to ride on the tram from Cathedral Square. When we asked where we could draw money, she said "you can pay with you card". And out popped a portable machine and we could use our Eftpos card. We were so surprised, Brendon decided it was worth a photo.

The trams were all decorated for Christmas. It was really lovely and they were all very friendly.

There were a few tram stops on the route that you could get off at and just hop on the next tram that came along when you were done. You can use the tram the whole day.

We got to see the lovely rivers and parks around town.

There are a lot of seagulls around.

The market is open on Sat & Sun, so there is all the fun that goes with that.
