I was glad the girls could enjoy some time outside this morning while Brendon was at work. What beautiful sun to soak up. I love how Rachel still gets enjoyment from a simple thing like pavement chalk. :-)

The cats are enjoying the leftovers of the rabbits and hare from Friday night. Our pieces are soaking in salty water and I will cook them up tomorrow.
Brendon washed Ruth's hair this afternoon so I suggested we put some braids in the top. We decided to do something different and go sideways across the top. The little zig-zag lines that resulted are quite pretty.
