Our house!!!

We had a small delay in meeting all the conditions of the contract on Friday last week - so it was extended till today. Today all conditions have been met and so the contract is officially unconditional and the deposit has been paid. The settlement date has also been changed from 16 Dec to 13 Jan - so we have a few more weeks to pack.
