We had a wonderful time at the Ballet. A home schooling friend of mine in South Africa has just done a study on Tchaikovsky and Rachel has decided that will be an excellent choice for our next composer study. Ruth really enjoyed seeing the different instruments in the orchestra (and recognising them as she heard them play). It was also really nice for us to recognise at least 2 of the pieces. We all immediately recognised the music but it was Rachel who was the first to tell us where we knew it from. We all had a wonderful time and we thank the Lord for the opportunity we had to enjoy this together.
