Cinnamon Rolls

4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
225g butter
around 1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 200 C.
Rub the butter in the dry ingredients till it resembles fine bread crumbs.
Slowly add the milk to form a dough.
Roll out. Wipe with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll up and cut.
Bake for 5 - 15 minutes depending on the thickness.

Once I have rolled my dough out I cut it into a rectangle so that it roles more neatly. I then re-roll the off-cuts and so end up with a few different sizes. You also have to experiment with how much cinnamon and sugar you like.
