Work, wobble and throw

Rachel putting the last finishing touches to the things for her lap book on Bones and Muscles. Check out her blog for all the photos. She really has done a great job (and learnt so much).
Dad went back to work today but at the insistence of his boss he did not work a full day. He was home just before 3 and so could join us in taking Rachel down to Netball practice. Ruth wanted to show Dad all that she could do on the climbing frame and so she headed over to the "wobbly" one first. She manged to go down on her own and then on the way back up, just before I got to her, she lost her balance and fell. She has taken my advice now and will only go on "the wobbly one" when I am next to her "just in case". You are supposed to be big enough to hold onto the top poles and then it's not so wobbly. But Ruth is adventurous and wants to go on everything.
We headed down to watch Rachel for a bit (and get some photos). She had teased Brendon previously about him apparently hopping around the soccer field when he was a boy. Well, he teased her back today as she hopped around the netball court.
Ready to throw.
And you can see the effort she put into that. :-)
