I love the excitement in all the girls when the phone rings to let us know Dad is at the bottom of our road.... such big smiles and so much enjoyment getting a lift with him (even if it's only a few meters)....
I also enjoyed giving Rachel her first oil pastels art lesson... "thank you" notes she is making for the friends who came to her birthday party.
And even though I am not at all good at drawing or art in general, it's so rewarding to hear her say "you're good Mom" when she sees my ideas develop and the end result... It's great being a Mom :-)
