The Law our tutor

John 1:18 "For the Law was given through Moses;
grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ."
Galatians 3:24 "The Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith."
Hebrews 9:19-22 "For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of the calves and the goats... and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, saying "This is the blood of the covenant which God commanded you." Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness."
Ruth has been complaining of saw legs a bit so I let her soak her feet in Epsom salts dissolved in warm water. At least if it's muscles cramping from lack of magnesium this will sort it out. And if it's not that - then she just gets to enjoy the special treat. Rachel said she looks like a queen sitting on her throne.
Hannah has decided that she wants to go on her own to the toilet. But because she can't get on by herself we have brought a potty into the bathroom for her. Up to now she would just tell us when she needs to go - but now she just runs off on her own.
This afternoon she must have spent 15 minutes taking her pants off and trying to put them back on by herself. She is not quite able to yet, but she has the diligence to keep trying so I am sure she will learn soon.

It's nice to have on record Hannah's cute way of talking. Here she says "Bubble bath" and then "yes". And I did not get it very well, but she has the cutest way of running. She brings her elbows up high and swings her arms. She is a real cutie and brings us all much joy.
The bath crayons are almost finished so the girls are making the most of them and really did a load of face decorating this evening. And we got the scary noises again to go with it. Such clowns. :D
Rachel and I have been working on the rest of the egg ornaments. The flower ones are for her Ballet teacher and the brown ones (with plants and bees) are for her Brownie leader. So they got varnished this evening and hopefully they will be dry enough for her to give on Saturday.
