My first apple pie

So although I have made apple puddings before, I have never made a "proper" apple pie. And I searched for a recipe but could not find one that used pre-cooked apples. So I sort of did my own thing and Brendon said it tasted as good as one bought in a shop (if not better). So I was very pleased with it's success. Now I just have to remember what I did so that I can do it again. I had bought some cream to go with it (we don't often have cream in the house) and so Brendon can get to have some nice treats this weekend before his op on Monday morning.
