Brendon has been
filling up our wood shed (and beyond) for the winter.

This is the view from
behind the shed.
It feels good to know we have a nice supply of wood. We already had the fire lit a few times while his parents were here (in MARCH!!!!). So it may be a very cold winter....

March is the time of year to look for apples on all the
wild apple trees around our home. Well, this year is a real
bumper crop. There are
soooo many apples. We picked a few today and Rachel had a go at
dehydrating some. They worked really well and she plans to take them to Brownies on Thursday for them to have a taste (it's also a part of a badge she is busy with).
