Rachel and Ruth put on a Cinderella performance again. Ruth loves wearing Rachel's fairy dress (which Rachel got when she was 5).The girls also stayed up to watch The Sound of Music with us. Grandpa and Nana had taken the whole family to see it at the State Theatre in Pretoria a number of years back, so it was really nice for Rachel to see the movie now. It started at 7:30 but only finished at 10:40. So it was a very late night for them. We thought Ruth would fall asleep, but she stayed up and enjoyed all the music too. So it was a special day, even though we did not stay up till midnight.
Goodbye 2008.
Through the year we have seen God's goodness to us over and over again. What a wonderful God we serve.
