I still need a nap

We were starting to wonder if Ruth still needed her afternoon nap. She did not seem tiered at all. So when she said she did not want to go to sleep, we said OK. But by 4pm she was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch. Poor thing. She does still need that nap....
